Medical Centre

The medical Centre in Dundori is run by Pastor Gideon who is a qualified GP and supported by the church at Dundori and the Great Commission Trust in the UK.
The centre seeks to provide affordable healthcare to local residents who would otherwise have to travel significant distances to reach professional healthcare facilities and often be expected to pay fees that are unrealistic.
The facilitates have grown significantly over the years and it now provides a superb facility for the people of Dundori.

The adventure has begun, went to church yesterday very joyous like South Africa, we bought the cold weather with us but it is sunny today. We are going to the school today armed with all the goodies we have. We are all well.Take care love Kellie xx

HELLO MUM!! its liam hope your having a super fun time in kenya from the pictures it looks beautiful. what's the medical centre like then? and just to let you know my driving is going ok though i cannot parallel park for fudge.

My name is Simon Andrews. I have worked as an electrician for 23 years and am self employed/ work for myself. I am married with 2 children aged 18 & 20.

I offered to go to Kenya to help with any gifts that I may have. As it happens there is plenty of electrical work to do so I should be kept busy. I am looking forward to being able to help in a community that is in need and to be able to offer my experience in work to facilitate a better future for the area in what small way I can.

I enjoy relaxing with an iPod and bar of chocolate or enjoy being creative with photos or film.

Hi my name is Kellie, I am married to Raymond and I am mum to Gemma, Charlotte Jaime & Liam. I am also Nanny Norris to my six month old grandson Rowan. I have been a nurse all my working life, my focus for the last few years has been Primary care and community services. I am really keen to see how the church projects, particularly the Dundori health centre support their local communities and to see if there is anything I can do to help with this invaluble work.

I really enjoy working with young people and in my spare time I am the Group scout leader for the 34th scout group in Colchester, I am also the chair of Trustees for a local charity, Homestart Colchester.
